Check-IN

Students should arrive Sunday between 3 - 4 p.m.

Day students should arrive on Sunday at 4:00 p.m. for orientation, followed by dinner and an instructional or recreational segment from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m., students may be picked up at 10 pm.

If arriving by bus, train, or plane into Charlottesville, please schedule your arrival between 2 - 6 p.m. We will meet your child at the appropriate Charlottesville station during these times at no extra charge, otherwise we can refer you to a limo service.

If you are flying into Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and need to be picked up, please schedule your arrival between 12 - 1 p.m. since Dulles is 2 hours away from camp.  There is an additional fee of $150 for pickup service at Washington Dulles International Airport.

Please contact us for transportation arrangements and return your Transportation Information form one week prior to check-in.

Check-OUT

All students, including day students, should be picked up between 10 - 11 a.m. Friday.

If departing by bus, train, or plane from a Charlottesville station, please schedule departure between 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.  We will escort your child to the appropriate Charlottesville station during these times at no extra charge, otherwise we can refer you to a limo service.

If you are departing from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and need us to transport you, please schedule your departure between 3 - 6 p.m. since Dulles is 2 hours away from camp.  There is an additional fee of $150 for drop off service at Washington Dulles International Airport.

Early Arrivals / Late Departures

4 Star does not have the facilities to accommodate students who arrive the day before or leave the day after the designated dates of their camp.
